Bio

Adam Mann joined the Huntingdon coaching staff in 2019 as the running backs and H-backs coach and has since transitioned to the Offensive Line coach.

A 2019 Huntingdon graduate, Mann has been a part of Huntingdon’s first four USA South Athletic Conference championships. As a four-year player on the offensive line, Mann helped the Hawks win conference titles in 2015, 2016 and 2017. As a coach, Mann’s running backs and H-backs helped Huntingdon capture the conference championship in 2019, the Spring Season of 2021 as well as the following fall of 2021.

In both the Spring season and the Fall of 2021, the Hawks backfield was spearheaded by two-time All-Conference H-Back Zack Self as well as one-time All-Conference selection at Running Back in Kahari McReynolds.  Both were integral parts in securing the Hawks 6th Conference title in 7 years.

In 2019 the backfield was led by third-team All-Region and first-team All-Conference running back Eric Thomas, the 2019 backfield led the USA South in rushing with 2,397 yards and helped Huntingdon put together an 8-4 record and advance to the second round of the NCAA Division III playoffs.

The backfield turned in one of the best single-game performances in program history with 408 rushing yards against Greensboro. The total was the second most in Huntingdon history and six yards short of the program record.

While Coaching Running Backs and H-Backs the unit produced eight Academic All-Conference selections, one National Football Foundation's Hampshire Honor Society member as well as four All-Conference Selections and one All-Region Selection.

Before beginning his coaching career, Mann was a two-time All-Conference performer, a four-time Academic All-Conference pick, a NFF Hampshire Honor Society selection and a team captain for the Hawks.
