FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – More than 130 Huntingdon College student-athletes were recognized with the release of the USA South Academic All-Conference team on Monday. A total of 139 Hawks, representing each of Huntingdon's 18 athletic programs, were among the 1,446 USA South student-athletes named to the team.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon baseball team closed out the home portion of its schedule with a 4-0 win over Emory on Senior Day at Posey Field on Friday. The shutout was the Hawks’ first against Emory during the NCAA era.

Women's basketball player Juliette Harp and men's lacrosse player Sam Hitt were honored as the Huntingdon Female Student-Athlete of the Year and Male Student-Athlete of the Year during Wednesday night's Awards Ceremony.

Huntingdon rolls past Oglethorpe for 20th win of the season

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon baseball team knocked off Oglethorpe 11-1 in eight innings on Monday night. The win was the 20th of the season for the Hawks (20-18). This is the 13th time in 14 seasons under head coach D.J. Conville that Huntingdon has won at least 20 games in a season.

LAGRANGE, Ga. – The Huntingdon baseball team beat William Peace 5-4 on Thursday morning but was eliminated from the USA South Athletic Conference Tournament with a 13-9 loss to Piedmont on Thursday night.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.  – Five Huntingdon players were recognized with the release of the USA South All-Conference baseball awards on Wednesday.   Senior Taylor Fought was named first-team as a utility player. Sophomore pitcher Carden Mellown, sophomore shortstop Wes Powell, senior outfielder Joseph Calvert and junior outfielder Will Cosby were each named second-team All-Conference.

BEREA, Ky. – The Huntingdon baseball team closed out conference play with a 27-17 and 19-4 sweep of Berea on Friday. Game 2 was shortened to seven innings. Game 3 of the series is canceled due to the weather and will not be made up.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon baseball team won 10-8 and 5-2 on Saturday to complete a conference sweep of Covenant and help head coach D.J. Conville earn his 350th win. In his 14th season as the Hawks’ head coach, Conville has a career record of 350-217. Huntingdon’s all-time winningest baseball coach, he has guided his teams to 20 or more wins in 12 of the past 13 seasons.
