Weather forces schedule changes for baseball and softball

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon baseball and softball schedules have undergone changes for this weekend.

Due to the weather forecast, the baseball team canceled its trip to Virginia for a three-game series with Hampden-Sydney. The Hawks will now travel to Jackson, Miss., to play one game on Sunday and one game on Monday.

Huntingdon will play North Park University on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Smith-Wills Stadium. The Hawks will play Millsaps on Monday at 4 p.m. at Twenty Field.

Weather also caused the softball team's Saturday game at the Mississippi University for Women to be moved to Sunday. The Lady Hawks will now play a doubleheader at MUW on Sunday beginning at noon.
