2010: Started every game for the Hawks at middle linebacker during his junior year … led the Hawks' defense with 82 tackles, including 44 solo stops … recorded nine tackles for loss with half a sack, four pass break ups while recovering one fumble … posted season-best performance against Birmingham-Southern on Sept. 25, with 15 total tackles, including six solo stops, half a sack and three tackles for a loss … enters senior season with 165 total tackles as a Hawk.

2009: Saw action in 10 games as a sophomore, earning the starting nod in four … finished third on team with 65 total tackles, including 31 solo stops … also added four tackles for loss with a half sack … hauled in first career interception in victory over Maryville on Sept. 5 … recorded season-high 12 total tackles against South Alabama on Nov. 12.

2008: Appeared in all 10 games as a freshman, recording 18 total tackles, including nine solo stops … added two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, one quarterback pressure and 1.0 tackle for loss … enjoyed a career day against MacMurray on Sept. 27, when he recorded five total tackles, including one for loss, forced a fumble and blocked a kick … finished with five total tackles, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery against Blackburn on Oct. 18.

Prep: Participated in football, baseball, basketball and track and field at Cornerstone Christian… earned all-state, all-county and all-metro honors as a senior in football, after rushing for 800 yards and recording 120 tackles … set the school record for tackles in a game with 22 during his senior season … was an All-AISA team member in football during his senior campaign…. also earned all-county honors in football as a junior … was selected an honorable mention all-state place kicker by the ASWA … was named honorable mention all-county in basketball and baseball as a senior.
