2010: Led the Hawks to three victories in three starts as a sophomore and appeared in seven total games … finished the season 41-for-72 with 695 passing yards for a team-high 11 touchdowns and only three interceptions … averaged 99.3 passing yards per game with a 180.1 pass efficiency rating … threw for more than 200 yards on two occassions against Faulkner on Sept. 18 and again on Oct. 30 against Trinity … set single-game touchdown record for the Hawks in best-perfomance of the season with six touchdowns after connecting on 13-of-23 passes for 234 yards against Trinity … also ran for one touchdown in the 35-28 win over LaGrange on Nov. 6.

2009: Appeared in all four of the Hawks' junior varsity games as a freshman.

Prep: Lettered in football, basketball and baseball at Macon-East Montgomery Academy in Cecil, Ala. … was named to the all-metro football team following his senior season … averaged 21 points and seven rebounds per game as a senior on the hardwood … named AISA Metro Player of the Year and to the all-state team in basketball as a senior … finished with 973 career points in basketball … was also an all-state performer in baseball following his final year.
