What made you feel like Huntingdon was the right place for you? "When I first came on a visit, I met the coaches and toured the campus. As we were watching the Birmingham-Southern game on the visit, it just felt like home. Right then I knew I wanted to be a part of the Huntingdon family."

What has made your Huntingdon experience unique? "Just meeting new friends and building relationships that will last a lifetime. It's not just meeting new football guys, but meeting people that play other sports and people I've had class with that I am really good friends with now."

How has Huntingdon challenged you academically and athletically? "Academically, it has made me realize that it's not high school anymore, and I might need to put a little more effort into my work. But I have grown academically, and I want to thank all of the professors that have made an impact with my academics. Athletically, I have grown a lot. Our coaching staff has done a really good job of pushing us to be the best players we could be and the best people we can be."

What has been your biggest highlight as a student-athlete? "The biggest highlight was finally beating Birmingham-Southern this past season. We were not successful against them my freshman and sophomore years. To beat them my senior year and celebrate with my teammates was really special."

As a student-athlete, what is your impression of Division III now compared to your first season? "At first I was skeptical about what to expect about Division III and how athletics compared. But now I know that Division III athletes are just the same as other divisions or other schools. We work just as hard in the weight room, on the practice field and in the classroom. The only difference is that we have a smaller school."
