MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's basketball team lost to Greensboro College 91-67 on Saturday.
The Hawks (6-8, 1-5 USA South) trailed by 13 going into halftime, but couldn't find an answer for the Pride's second-half 3-point shooting. Greensboro (9-6, 3-1 USA South) shot 56 percent (9-16) from behind the arc in the second half.
Junior Andre Ashley scored a team-high 15 points and added seven rebounds for the Hawks. Freshman Brandon McLean added 11 points and pulled down seven rebounds.
Huntingdon steps out of conference play on Monday to travel to Birmingham-Southern. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.
