Huntingdon’s Thrash named to PING All-Region team

NORMAN, Okla. – Huntingdon sophomore Will Thrash earned All-Region honors with the release of the Golf Coaches Association of America Division III PING All-Region teams.

Thrash was one of 15 golfers named to the Southeast Region team. Seven golfers from the USA South Athletic Conference earned All-Region honors.

Thrash averaged 75.8 strokes in 25 rounds this season. He turned in his best collegiate round with a 2-under-par 70 in the final round of the Jekyll Island Intercollegiate and matched the performance in the second round of the USA South Athletic Conference Tournament.
