Huntingdon scores six goals in first win of the season

COLUMBUS, Miss. – The Huntingdon men's soccer team picked up its first win of the season with a 6-3 victory over Mississippi University for Women on Wednesday night.

Kelan LeBlanc and Kebba Jeng each scored three goals and Mac Puller had two assists to lead the Hawks.

Huntingdon scored three goals in the first 25 minutes of the game, with Jeng scoring twice and LeBlanc scoring once.

The Hawks carried a 3-0 lead into halftime but MUW scored twice in the first 20 minutes of the second half to make it a one-goal game. LeBlanc and Jeng answered to help the Hawks regain the momentum. Leading 3-2, LeBlanc and Jeng each scored in a 50-second span to make it 5-2.

LeBlanc added his final goal in the 87th minute.
