Huntingdon men’s tennis knocks off Covenant

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team won its third conference match of the season with a 6-3 win over Covenant College on Saturday.

The Hawks (5-4, 3-1 Great South Athletic Conference) won all three doubles matches and picked up three singles wins to get by Covenant (2-2, 2-1 GSAC).

Tyler Creamer (No. 2), Sean Jackson (No. 3) and Larry Pritchett (No. 5) were the singles winners for Huntingdon. Jackson teamed with Zac Baldwin to win at No. 1 doubles, Creamer and Lee Howell won at No. 2 doubles and Pritchett and Stacy Terry won at No. 3 doubles.

Huntingdon plays at Piedmont in another GSAC match on Sunday at noon.
