Hawks edge Tuskegee in men’s tennis home opener

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team took two doubles matches and three singles matches to beat Tuskegee 5-4 on Tuesday.

After taking a 2-0 lead in doubles, Bobby Foroughian won at No. 1 singles and Tyler Creamer won at No. 3 singles before Tyler Chaffee clinched the match with a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles.

Foroughian and Zac Baldwin won at No. 1 doubles and Chaffee and Trey Pirtle won at No. 3 doubles.

Huntingdon returns to the courts on Saturday, hosting Covenant at 1 p.m.
