Men’s tennis wins at Division II Tuskegee

TUSKEGEE, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team defeated Division II opponent Tuskegee University 7-2 on Monday.
In singles play, Ben Marler (No. 2), Bailey Burns (No. 3) and Justin McQueen (No. 5) won in straight sets. Trey Pirtle (No. 6) won by default.
In doubles, the Hawks (7-4) won all three matches. The teams of John Jones-Pirtle (No. 1) won 8-5 and Aaron Triplett-McQueen (No. 2) won 8-0. The team of Marler-Seth McClendon (No. 3) won by default.
Huntingdon will host Maryville on Thursday at 1 p.m.
