Huntingdon beats Maryville and Berea

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team beat conference opponents Maryville and Berea on Saturday.
The Hawks beat Maryville 9-0 and Berea 8-1.
In singles, Carson Sands (No. 1), Clint Robinson (No. 2), Kevaughnte Merrion (No. 3), Domenic Terrell (No. 4) and Charlie Jones (No. 5) earned wins over Maryville. Anjala Chandrasoma earned a win by default at No. 6.
The Hawks' No. 1 team of Mark Melchor-Robinson won 8-3 and the No. 2 team of Sands-Chandrasoma won 8-0. The No. 3 team of Merrion-Terrell won by default.
Individual results for the Berea match were not available Saturday night.
