Huntingdon sweeps Brevard and Tuskegee

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The men's tennis team complete a Senior Day sweep as they earn wins over both Brevard and Tuskegee.
The Hawks beat Brevard 6-3 in their first match of the day, and finished 5-0 over Tuskegee.
Against Brevard, Carson Sands (No. 3) earned a singles win by sweeping his opponent 6-0, 6-0. Clint Robinson (No. 4) also won his singles match 6-4, 6-1. Kevaughnte Merrion (No. 5) and Charlie Jones (No. 6) won by default.
In doubles, the No. 2 team of Sands-Robinson picked up a 8-4 win. The No. 3 team of Merrion and Domenic Terrell won by default.
Against Tuskegee, the Hawks won two singles matches. Carson Sands (No. 3) won 6-3, 6-1. Charlie Jones (No. 6) won by default. The other singles matches did not finish.
In doubles, the No. 1 team of Mark-Melchor and Anjala Chandrasoma came together for a 8-7 win, and the No. 2 team of Sands and Robinson earned a 8-1 win. The No. 3 team of Merrion and Domenic Terrell won by default.
