Huntingdon falls behind early in loss at Maryville

MARYVILLE, Tenn. – The Huntingdon women's basketball team lost to Maryville College 77-53 on Sunday.

The Scots scored the first 13 points of the game as Huntingdon fell behind 17-4 at the end of the first quarter. Maryville took a 36-19 lead into halftime and led by at least 19 points throughout the second half.

Payton Kiser hit five 3-pointers and led Huntingdon with 22 points. T.I. Duncan added 11 points, six rebounds and three blocks and Juliette Harp had a team-high 10 rebounds and four points.
