Huntingdon women’s golf finishes fourth in Rhodes Invitational

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Huntingdon women's golf team shot 331 on Monday and turned in a two-round total of 661 in the Rhodes Invitational.

Huntingdon finished fourth in the seven-team tournament. Wittenberg University shot 616 to win the tournament. Washington University-St. Louis was second at 626 and Rhodes College was third at 636.

Huntingdon sophomore LeeAnn Cahoon finished eighth with a 36-hole total of 157. Wittenberg's Jane Hopkinson-Wood was the medalist with a 146.

Behind Cahoon, freshman Kelsey Spivey shot 165 for Huntingdon, sophomore Savannah Humber shot 166, freshman Lindsey Huff shot 173 and sophomore Courtney Harville shot 174.

Huntingdon returns to action on March 28 in the Washington University Women's Invitational.
