Women’s lacrosse game canceled at Birmingham-Southern

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's lacrosse game at Birmingham-Southern was canceled Wednesday night due to severe weather.

The game was halted in the second-half at the 25:23 mark due to lightning. Stats for the game do not officially count since the game was not at the official time (48 minutes). As of Wednesday night, it is unclear if the game will be made up.

Before the cancelation, Ariana Kelty scored two goals while Briana Gress had one goal. Carolyn Smith had one assist.

Jen Price had five ground balls and three caused turnovers while Candace Williams had three ground balls and two caused turnovers. Victoria Krupa had nine saves in 34 minutes of play.
