DANVILLE, Va. – The Huntingdon women's lacrosse team lost to Averett University 14-2 on Sunday.
Vanessa Maldonado and Trinity McManus each scored one goal for Huntingdon and Kaylee Andrews had one assist.
Ali Brewer had four draw controls, five caused turnovers and five ground balls and Shelby Martin had four draw controls, three caused turnovers and three ground balls. Hannah Parks finished with four caused turnovers and three ground balls, Shea George had three caused turnovers and four ground balls and Morgan Pelfrey had five ground balls.
