MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Seven Huntingdon student-athletes were among those honored with the release of the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s All-American Athlete of the Year awards.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Nearly 200 Huntingdon College student-athletes were recognized with the release of the USA South Academic All-Conference team on Monday. A total of 196 Hawks, representing each of Huntingdon's 16 athletic programs, were among the 1,684 USA South student-athletes named to the team.

Women's basketball player Juliette Harp and men's golfer Addison Lambeth were recognized as the Huntingdon Female Student-Athlete of the Year and Male Student-Athlete of the Year during Wednesday night's Awards Ceremony.

MANHEIM, Pa. – The Huntingdon wrestling team and junior DeAndre Beck were recognized by the National Wrestling Coaches Association for achievements in the classroom on Monday.

DeAndre Beck won three matches and placed sixth in the NCAA Division III Central Regional on Saturday.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon wrestling team had seven wrestlers earn two or more wins on Saturday in the Huntingdon College Duals in Roland Arena.

Jesse Rowlen recorded a pin with six seconds left in the 285-pound match to help the Hawks beat Ouachita Baptist  22-21 on Tuesday.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Junior Jesse Rowlen earned a pin in the final seconds of the 285-pound match to help the Huntingdon wrestling team beat Division II Ouachita Baptist 22-21 on Tuesday in Wilson Gym. Trailing 21-16 as Rowlen's match began, the Hawks needed a pin to overtake Ouachita Baptist. Rowlen pinned his opponent with six seconds remaining to secure the win.
