Huntingdon shuts out LaGrange for second conference win

LAGRANGE, Ga. – The Huntingdon women's soccer team posted its fifth shutout of the season with a 3-0 win over LaGrange College on Wednesday night.

Meredith Harrison scored two goals and Lindsay Paskman scored one to help the Lady Hawks improve to 2-1 in the USA South Athletic Conference.

Harrison scored the first goal of the game on an assist from Mac Pearson in the 32nd minute. In the second half, Paskman scored in the 77th minute and Harrison closed the scoring on an assist from Camryn Hale in the 83rd minute.

                                   

Records: Huntingdon (4-4-3, 2-1 USA South); LaGrange (3-5-1, 0-3 USA South)

 

Notable: Huntingdon outshot LaGrange 24-1 for the game. The Lady Hawks took 11 shots on goal and did not allow LaGrange to take a shot on goal.
