Huntingdon women’s tennis splits on Sunday

MOUNT BERRY, Ga. – The Huntingdon women's tennis team picked up a 9-0 win over Wesleyan Sunday morning and dropped a 5-4 match at Berry on Sunday afternoon.

Huntingdon improved to 7-1 in the Great South Athletic Conference with the win over Wesleyan and is now 15-4 overall.

Katie Scott (No. 2), Hannah Still (No. 3) and Micaela White (No. 6) won their singles matches against both teams. Taylor Clark (No. 1), Christian Vick (No. 4) and Arielle Barraca (No. 5) won singles matches against Wesleyan.

The No. 3 doubles team of Clark-Vick won both matches and the No. 1 team of Still-Barraca and the No. 2 team of Scott-White won against Wesleyan.

Huntingdon hosts Rust on Monday at 2:30 p.m.
