Huntingdon women’s tennis downs Maryville

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's tennis team won its third straight match and earned its fourth conference win with a 7-2 win over Maryville on Saturday.

The Lady Hawks (5-2, 4-1 USA South) won five singles matches and two doubles matches. Britni Thibodeau (No. 1), Hannah Still (No. 2), Daniela Lozano (No. 3), Tara-Beth Hall (No. 5) and Elayne White (No. 6) each won in singles.

Lozano and White won their matches 6-0, 6-0. For Still and Hall, the singles wins were their seventh in seven matches.

In doubles, the teams of Thibodeau-Hall won at No. 1 and Still-White won at No. 3.

Huntingdon travels to LaGrange on Tuesday for a 3:30 p.m. match.
