Huntingdon women’s tennis downs LaGrange for 6th straight win
LaGRANGE, Ga. – The Huntingdon women's tennis team won its sixth straight match with a 7-2 win over LaGrange on Tuesday.
Huntingdon (8-2, 7-1 USA South) picked up five singles wins and two doubles victories against the Panthers. Hannah Still, Daniela Lozano, Arielle Barraca and Elayne White picked up wins in singles and doubles.
Still (No. 2), Lozano (No. 3), Barraca (No. 4) and White (No. 5) won their singles matches in straight sets. Tara-Beth Hall won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6 singles. In doubles, Lozano-White won at No. 2 and Still-Barraca won at No. 3.
Huntingdon, which is third in the USA South Athletic Conference standings, plays a conference match at Covenant on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
