Women’s tennis falls to Meredith

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's tennis team dropped its first USA South match of the season, losing to Meredith 5-4 on Saturday.
In doubles, the teams of Caroline McBroom-Zoya Robinson (No. 2) and Josie Waddell-Octavia Pendleton (No. 3) earned wins for the Lady Hawks (7-2, 3-1 USA South).
In singles, Waddell (No. 4) won in straight sets while McBroom (No. 5) won in three sets.
The Lady Hawks host William Peace on Sunday at 1 p.m.
