Women’s tennis falls to N.C. Wesleyan

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's tennis team dropped its second USA South match of the season on Saturday, losing 7-2 to N.C. Wesleyan.

In doubles, the teams of Caroline McBroom-Zoya Robinson (No. 2) and Octavia Pendleton-Josie Waddell (No. 3) earned the only two wins for the Lady Hawks (10-3, 6-2 USA South).

In singles play, Heather Tabor (No. 4) lost her first set in a tie-breaker and Pendleton (No. 6) fell in three sets.

The Lady Hawks host conference leader Methodist University on Sunday at 11 a.m.
