Huntingdon women knock off Rhodes for third straight win
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's tennis team improved to 3-0 with a 6-3 win over Rhodes College on Saturday.
The Lady Hawks won two doubles matches and four singles matches.
The No. 1 doubles team of Zoya Robinson and Josie Waddell and the No. 3 team of Clayton Waring and Lucy Burch each won 8-2.
Huntingdon lost at No. 1 and No. 2 singles but swept the remaining singles matches. Kacy Howard (No. 3) won 1-6, 6-4, 6-2, Heather Tabor (No. 4) won 6-3, 6-4, Caroline McBroom (No. 5) won 6-2, 6-0 and Kacey Stephens (No. 6) won 6-1, 6-1.
