Huntingdon beats Wesleyan in conference opener

MACON, Ga. -- The Huntingdon women's tennis team picked up its first conference win of the season with a 9-0 win at Wesleyan on Saturday.
Josie Waddell (No. 1), Heather Tabor (No. 4) and Alex Burnham (No. 6) each won 6-0, 6-0 in singles. Zoya Robinson (No. 2), Kacy Howard (No. 3) and Kacey Stephens (No. 5) also won in straight-sets.
In doubles, the team of Robinson-Waddell (No. 1) won 8-1. The No. 2 team of Howard-Tabor and the No. 3 team of Stephens-Clayton Waring each won 8-0.
