Huntingdon volleyball falls in pair of conference matches

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. – The Huntingdon volleyball team lost to conference rivals North Carolina Wesleyan and William Peace on Saturday.

The Lady Hawks lost to N.C. Wesleyan 25-9, 25-9, 25-21 and fell to Peace 25-10, 25-23, 25-14.

Rachel Dunlay and Ally Brislinger each had four kills to lead Huntingdon (3-15, 0-6 USA South) against N.C. Wesleyan (4-15, 3-6) and Lexi Rangel had seven assists. Bobie Wilson added 11 digs.

Against Peace (16-3, 7-2), Brittany Frost had a team-high six kills and Rangel had seven assists. Lauren Condon recorded 10 digs, Wilson had nine digs and Rangel finished with eight digs.

Huntingdon travels to Judson on Tuesday.
