USA South releases seeding for conference volleyball tournament

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The USA South Athletic Conference released the official seeding for the conference volleyball tournament on Sunday.

Huntingdon (21-11, 11-3 USA South) is the No. 2 seed in the West Division and will host a first-round and quarterfinal match on Tuesday. The No. 1 and No. 2 seed in both the West and East Divisions will host on Tuesday.

Maryville (16-9, 10-4 USA South), the No. 3 seed in the West Division, will play Agnes Scott (5-23, 3-11 USA South), the No. 6 seed in the West Division, in a 5 p.m. match in Roland Arena. Huntingdon will play the winner in a quarterfinal match at 7:30 p.m.

Following Tuesday's matches, the highest seeded team remaining will host the conference semifinals on Friday and conference championship match on Saturday.

Per conference rules, admission will be $3 for Huntingdon students, faculty and staff, as well as senior citizens and children. All other adult general admission tickets will be $6.
