Hawks close out Stevenson Tournament

PIKESVILLE, Md. – The beach volleyball team split on Day 2 of the Stevenson Tournament.

The Hawks beat the Loyola club team 4-1, but lost to Stevenson 4-1.

In their match between Loyalo, the No. 2 team of Nichole LeFevre and Addison Genard came together to win 21-18, 21-19. The No 3 team of Amy Tyma and Lexie DeVuyst won 21-19, 21-17. Kaitlyn Carter and Shelby McAllister at No. 4 won 21-19, 21-13. The No. 5 team of April Reese and Alexis Creasman won 21-5, 21-19.

Against Stevenson, the No. 5 team of Reese and Creasman earned the Hawks sole win over the Mustangs winning 21-18, 21-16.
