JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – Senior Addison Lambeth shot an even-par 72 to remain in first place after the second round of the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational on Saturday.

No. 3 ranked Lambeth is currently tied for first after two-rounds with Illinois Wesleyan's Drew Pershing and Oglethorpe's Jacob Arnett with a 3-under 141.

The top-ranked Hawks are seven strokes out of the lead and dropped five positions to seventh after Rd. 2. Huntingdon has a two-round total of 589 entering Sunday's final round.

Emory leads the 29 team field with a 6-over 582.

Sophomore Stephen Shephard is tied for 23 with a 3-over 147.

"It was a tough day today. Addison and Stephen played solid but the other three were just hitting foul balls all day," Huntingdon Director of Golf Dave Schreyer said. "We were fighting hard and I commend the guys for the effort, but we just didn't have it. We're still only seven strokes back, but we are going to need a good day tomorrow."

Chad Ring and Drew Mathers are tied for 62 with two-round total of 152. Will Thrash has a two-round total of 154.
