OGLETHORPE TOO MUCH FOR HUNTINGDON MEN’S SOCCER
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon College men's soccer team didn't have an answer for Oglethorpe University on Sunday.
The Stormy Petrels set the tone early and controlled the pace of the game in a 5-0 win. Jakub Madej scored three goals for Oglethorpe (4-2) and Aleksander Tanjga and Austin Fiddler each scored once.
Kenny Born took three shots for the Hawks (0-4-1). Huntingdon keeper Jordan Osborne recorded eight saves.
The Hawks travel to Mississippi College on Thursday for a 3 p.m. game.
