LeBlanc earns third-team All-Conference honors

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.  – Sophomore Kelan LeBlanc was named third-team All-Conference with the release of the USA South Athletic Conference men's soccer awards on Wednesday.

This is the second straight season LeBlanc has earned third-team All-Conference honors. As a freshman, LeBlanc became the second Huntingdon men's soccer player to earn All-Conference recognition since the program joined the USA South in 2013.

LeBlanc played a key role this season in helping the Hawks put together their most wins since 2003. He finished the season with nine goals and eight assists for a total of 26 points.

The 26 points tied the Hawks' NCAA-era season record set by Brendon Van Emelen in 2016. LeBlanc's eight assists set a new NCAA-era season record for the Hawks and helped him become the program's NCAA-era career leader in assists.

In two seasons at Huntingdon, LeBlanc has 17 goals, 10 assists and 44 points in 31 games.

Freshman Thad Lievens was named to the All-Sportsmanship team.

North Carolina Wesleyan's Baboucarr Njie was named USA South Player of the Year, Mary Baldwin's Carr Panetta was named Rookie of the Year and Covenant's Paul Lemay was named Goalkeeper of the Year. Covenant's Scott Bosgraf was named Coach of the Year.
