Huntingdon men’s tennis picks up sixth win in seven matches

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team cruised past Covenant on Saturday and only lost three games in its 9-0 win.

The Hawks dropped one game in their six singles matches and two games in the three doubles matches.

Bobby Foroughian (No. 1), Tyler Creamer (No. 3), Larry Pritchett (No. 4), Trey Pirtle (No. 5) and Tyler Chaffee (No. 6) each won their singles matches 6-0, 6-0. Zac Baldwin won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 singles.

In doubles, the No. 1 team of Foroughian-Baldwin and the No. 3 team of Chaffee-Pirtle both won 8-0. The No. 2 team of Creamer-Pritchett won 8-2.

Huntingdon hosts LaGrange at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
