Men’s tennis rebounds with win over Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team defeated Greensboro College 8-1 in Saturday's USA South matchup.
In doubles, the teams of John Jones-Trey Pirtle (No. 1), Aaron Triplett-Justin McQueen (No. 2) and Ben Marler-Bailey Burns (No. 3) each won 8-0.
In singles play, Jones (No. 1), Marler (No. 4) and Burns (No. 5) won 6-0, 6-0. McQueen (No. 3) and Seth McClendon (No. 6) both won in straight sets. Triplett (No. 2) lost in three sets.
The Hawks (6-2, 4-1 USA South) will host conference leader N.C. Wesleyan on April 2.
