MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Ten Huntingdon student-athletes were among those honored with the release of the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s All-American Athlete of the Year awards.

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. – The Huntingdon softball team fell to Maryville and Greensboro on Friday on the opening day of the USA South Athletic Conference Tournament. The Lady Hawks lost to Maryville 5-4 before losing to Greensboro 5-3.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Huntingdon junior Daisha Henderson and freshman Katrina Harden were recognized by the USA South Athletic Conference on Wednesday with the release of the All-Conference softball teams. Henderson was named honorable mention as an outfielder and Harden was named honorable mention at third base.

Raina Lanier pitched a complete-game three-hitter in a 1-0 win over Piedmont in Game 1 of a doubleheader on Sunday.

DEMOREST, Ga. – The Huntingdon softball team split with conference leader Piedmont on Sunday to clinch the No. 7 seed in the conference tournament. The Lady Hawks won the first game 1-0 before falling 7-4 in Game 2.

Daisha Henderson was 4-for-6 with an RBI, two runs and two stolen bases in Saturday's doubleheader with Covenant.

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. – The Huntingdon softball team split with Covenant in a conference doubleheader on Saturday. Huntingdon won the first game 6-3 before falling 9-5 in the second game.

This week is NCAA Division III Week and member institutions across the country are celebrating the fifth-year event. Division III Week, which runs from Monday through Sunday, is intended to recognize the academic and athletic accomplishments as well as the campus leadership and community service efforts of Division III student-athletes. As part of Huntingdon College's participation in Division III Week, six student-athletes will be featured this week. Huntingdon senior Blake Rowland is today's featured student-athlete.

Jessica Swindle earned a save in the second game of Sunday's doubleheader with Methodist. It was Swindle's second save  of the weekend.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon softball team picked up two wins with a 4-2 and 3-1 sweep of Methodist University on Sunday.

Lindsey Selph was 3-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's doubleheader with North Carolina Wesleyan. Selph was also the winning pitcher in Game 2.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon softball team lost Game 1 but rallied to win Game 2 in a doubleheader with North Carolina Wesleyan on Saturday. The Lady Hawks fell 8-5 in eight innings in the first game and won the second game 3-2.

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Huntingdon softball team lost both games of a doubleheader at Greensboro on Saturday. The Lady Hawks fell 1-0 in Game 1 and 4-3 in Game 2.

ROME, Ga. – The Huntingdon softball team lost a doubleheader to ninth-ranked Berry College on Tuesday. The Lady Hawks fell 12-3 in five innings in the first game and lost 7-0 in Game 2.

Jessica Swindle had two hits, an RBI and a run in Thursday's doubleheader at Birmingham-Southern. Swindle was the starting pitcher in Game 2 and struck out one, walked four, gave up three hits and one earned run in five innings.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Huntingdon softball team lost both games of a doubleheader to 22nd-ranked Birmingham-Southern on Thursday. The Lady Hawks fell 3-0 in Game 1 and lost 7-2 in Game 2.
