ATLANTA – The Huntingdon women's basketball team closed out 2012 with a tough test at Emory University.
Emory (10-1 and ranked 18th in the USA Today Coaches poll) took control early and beat the Lady Hawks 88-44 on Monday.
Patricia Pickens scored 14 points and Morgan Crawford added 11 points to lead Huntingdon (5-7).
The Lady Hawks travel to Salem on Saturday.
