Lady Hawks hang on to beat Pensacola Christian

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Huntingdon women's basketball team survived a late rally by Pensacola Christian and hung on to win 71-67 on Saturday.

Complete stats were not available Saturday night.

Huntingdon led 37-26 at halftime and built a 20-point lead in the third quarter before Pensacola Christian began to rally. The Eagles scored 26 points in the fourth quarter, but Huntingdon was able to maintain its lead and close out the game.

Juliette Harp led all scorers with a career-high 29 points and pulled down 14 rebounds to record her 15th straight double-double dating to last season. Harp also had four blocks, four steals and two assists.

Alex Lowery added 12 points and six rebounds and T.I. Duncan had five rebounds and a game-high five assists. Mia Hudson also had five rebounds.
