Lady Hawks finish 14th in Chick-fil-A Invitational
ROME, Ga. – Senior Ali Hamil and junior Saem Hur both shot 83 and freshman Sydney Robbins shot 85 to lead the Huntingdon women's golf team in the final round of the Chick-fil-A Collegiate Invitational on Tuesday.
Hamil finished the two-round tournament at Stonebridge Golf Course with a 168. Robbins followed at 171, Hur shot 175, freshman Jessie Culey shot 199 and freshman Shay Roberson shot 207.
Huntingdon shot a 36-hole total of 713 to finish 14th.
The University of the Cumberlands won the tournament with a 618. Lindsey Wilson College was second at 625 and Shorter University was third at 628.
The University of the Cumberlands' Liz Stephens was the medalist at 1-over par 145.
