Huntingdon women’s golf places third in Methodist Invitational

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Huntingdon women's golf team shot 345 in the final round and finished the Methodist Spring Invitational with a 694 on Sunday.

The Lady Hawks placed third in the six-team tournament. Methodist was first at 607 and Berry College was second at 669.

Freshman LeeAnn Cahoon shot 79 on Sunday and shot 162 for the tournament to finish seventh. Freshman Savannah Humber tied for 14th at 168. Senior Saem Hur shot 179, sophomore Sydney Robbins shot 188 and freshman Courtney Harville shot 189.

Methodist's Lorett Giovannettone and Kelsie Carralero both shot 149 for the tournament. Giovannettone won in a playoff.
