Lady Hawks in 4th after Rd. 1 of MCC Women’s Intercollegiate

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's golf team shot 328 in the opening round of the Montgomery Country Club Women's Intercollegiate on Sunday.

Entering Monday's final round, the Lady Hawks are fourth in the field of nine teams. Sewanee leads the tournament with a 15-over-par 307 and Berry College is second at 318.   

Junior Vanessa Leiterman and freshman Olivia Hickson each shot 80 to lead Huntingdon. Sewanee's Meghan Symonds and Birmingham-Southern's Sarah Moon are tied for first at 2-over 75.
