Martin’s six goals lead Lady Hawks in loss at Peace

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Huntingdon women's lacrosse team lost to William Peace 21-7 on Saturday.                                        

Sophomore Shelby Martin scored a career-high six goals and had two draw controls and two caused turnovers to lead Huntingdon. Olivia Stinson recorded one goal and one assist.

Morgan Pelfrey had three caused turnovers and Peyton Dean and Alex Teague each had two caused turnovers. Savannah Ryan had five ground balls and Sam Blount had three ground balls.

Goalie Morgan Coppini had 17 saves, 21 goals allowed and 10 ground balls in 60 minutes.
