Huntingdon comes up short against NAIA Allen University

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The Huntingdon wrestling team lost to NAIA opponent Allen University 30-15 on Saturday.

The Hawks, who were wrestling in their second home match of the year, had three wrestlers pick up wins against the Yellow Jackets.

Senior Brandon Abejon (141 pounds) won by forfeit to pick up the Hawks first win of the match. Cody Dixon (197) won by decision, 9-4, while Jesse Rowlen (285) won by pin.

Huntingdon will face Oglethorpe on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Wilson Gym.
