HUNTINGDON WOMEN’S SOCCER FALLS AFTER TWO SECOND-HALF GOALS
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's soccer team played Millsaps evenly for a half on Sunday. But the Majors managed two goals in the second half to win 2-0.
Dora Lambert scored in the 61st minute and Margaret Eggers scored in the 84th minute to lead Millsaps (4-6). Keeper Jenny Burnash recorded eight saves for Huntingdon (4-4-1).
The Hawks travel to Macon, Ga., on Saturday to play Wesleyan at 1 p.m.
