Huntingdon women’s soccer falls against LaGrange

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's soccer team gave up a goal late in the first half that proved to be the difference in Tuesday's 1-0 loss to LaGrange.

Shelby Stanfield scored in the 31st minute and the Hawks (6-6-1, 2-3 Great South Athletic Conference) could not answer.

Jessica Salinas and Katlyn Reynolds combined for six of Huntingdon's nine shots. Huntingdon keeper Jenny Burnash had seven saves.

The Hawks host Piedmont in GSAC action on Saturday at 1 p.m.
