Huntingdon women’s soccer comes up short against Judson

MARION, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's soccer team gave up a second-half goal and fell to Judson 1-0 on Monday.

The Lady Hawks (2-9) took 12 shots on goal but couldn't connect.

"We played well and had one of our better offensive performances," Huntingdon head coach Robert Milner said. "We took several shots on goal, but we couldn't find the back of the net. We hit the cross bar twice and we had several one-on-ones with the keeper, but we were just a little off target.

"Defense played well, but we got caught short in the back one time and Judson took advantage. I'm proud of these girls and we're going to keep playing hard."

Huntingdon travels to Agnes Scott on Wednesday.
