MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's soccer team took unbeaten Piedmont to overtime before falling 1-0 on Saturday.
Piedmont, the ninth-ranked team in the South Atlantic Region and the co-leader of the USA South Athletic Conference West Division, scored in the first minute of overtime to end the game.
Huntingdon ends the regular season as the No. 4 seed in the USA South West Division. The Lady Hawks will host Agnes Scott in the first round of the conference tournament on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Samford Stadium.
