Huntingdon volleyball falls at Birmingham-Southern

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Huntingdon volleyball team lost in three sets to Birmingham-Southern on Wednesday night.

The Hawks (3-6) lost 25-13, 25-14 and 25-17. With the win, the Panthers improved to 7-1 on the season.

Bria Rochelle led Huntingdon with four kills and recorded three digs. Kalen Morgan, Shelby Young and Audrianna Hargitt each finished with three kills.

Kaitlyn Carter had a team-high eight assists while Devyn Stringer recorded four assists and finished with seven digs to add to Young's seven digs. Porsha Wilson added six digs in the loss.

The Hawks return to action on Friday when they host the Huntingdon Hawks Invitational. Huntingdon plays LaGrange at 2 p.m. and Agnes Scott at 6 p.m.
