Huntingdon stumbles at Salem

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Huntingdon volleyball team closed out the regular season with a 25-16, 25-16, 25-19 loss to Salem College on Saturday.

Audrianna Hargitt led the Hawks (11-22, 5-10 USA South) with seven kills and Kalen Morgan added six kills and three blocks. Bria Rochelle and Alexis Creasman each had five kills.

Devyn Stringer recorded 20 assists and Shelby Young had 10 digs.

Huntingdon will enter the USA South Athletic Conference as the No. 5 seed in the West Division and Salem (12-17, 4-11 USA South) will be the No. 6 seed.

The Hawks will play No. 4 seed LaGrange (20-13, 7-8 USA South) on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Covenant.
