Why did you choose Huntingdon?

I chose Huntingdon because it felt like home and a great place to further my education and continue my basketball career.

What are your pre-game rituals?

I get treatment, listen to my game day playlist, get two pieces of gum; one to chew the first half of the game and the other piece to chew the second half. Lastly, I pray.

What is your favorite place to eat in Montgomery and why?

I would have to say Kobe Japanese Steakhouse. They have the best sushi, hands down.

Who is your favorite professor?

Dr. Shoffner. She always made sure I was on top of my work. She pushed me to take pride in my work and if I needed to meet with her outside of her office hours, she alway found a way to make it happen.

What is your favorite/least favorite drill at practice?

My favorite drill at practice would have to be circle rebounding. It's my favorite drill because it keeps us on our toes, makes us communicate, and focuses on the little things like calling "shot", boxing out, and securing the rebound without traveling. My least favorite drill is probably when we practice taking charges.

What are your plans after Huntingdon?

My plans after Huntingdon are to either further my education in graduate school or to pursue a job in my career field.

How did you end up at Huntingdon? (Recruiting process, visits, academics, etc.)

I received an offer to play for Huntingdon first, then when I came on my visit I loved everything about the campus. It felt like home for me and that's what made me want to be a hawk!

How is Huntingdon preparing you for your career?

The CCV has been hosting a lot of career fair events recently. I've met so many alumni that are successful and have even made some connections. Dr. Sherry Leigh has been a big help!

What is your favorite spot on campus and why?

My favorite spot on campus would have to be the library. It's beneficial for me because it's open 24/7, has free printing and has the fastest wifi on campus.
